Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, SMS, and privacy regulations.
• Obtain any consents required from your customers before forwarding their communications through our services.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

AI Responses Disclaimer

Our services use artificial intelligence to interact with callers and contacts on your behalf. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpret intent. PrimePulse is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing information captured and confirming important details with your customers.

Availability of Services

We strive to provide reliable, always-on service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.

Payments

Subscription fees and setup fees are billed as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All software, prompts, configurations, workflows, and materials that make up the PrimePulse platform are the intellectual property of PrimePulse. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimePulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PrimePulse in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
